President: Tony Rogers
William “Tony” Rogers is the President and CEO of Urbanology Systems LLC, a New York based strategic management and marketing consultant company, he is the founder of the Onuwon Wellness Group a wellness marketing company. He is a certified Ayurvedic Medicine practitioner, a six degree black belt in GoJu Karate, and the first African American trained to be a Korean Taoist Ki wellness master he is co-founder of the Harlem Ki Energy Wellness Center; and founder of the annual Harlem Holistic Wellness Week.
Rogers is a co-founder of HARLEM WEEK Inc. the largest urban cultural/economic development festival on the East Coast. President of the Harlem Tourism Board and served as Urban Policy Director for five City College of New York presidents, and has been an executive board member of the Greater Harlem Chamber of Commerce for over 40 years.

Sugar Hill Harlem Native Richard Cox serves as the Director of Team Unity, Incorporated—the parent company of UNITYSports Productions and (the) UNITYTour Experience.
UNITYSports Productions most notable contributions to the Harlem Community is the Harlem Skyscraper Cycling Classic—an annual professional/amateur/community cycling event (which started in 1973 by Community Affairs Police Officer David Walker); that attracts athletic talent from more than fifty (50) countries annually.
(The) UNITYTour Experience conducts the “Harlem Subway Arts Tour” the “Harlem Premiere Food Tasting Tour” and the Father’s Day “Taste of Harlem”--- which celebrated its inaugural event in 2016 at Marcus Garvey Park.
Peter Insalaco has been a seril entrepreneur for over 40 years, with a background in managing numerous programs simultaneously in publishing, Internet marketing, television production, and sales and consumer marketing. He has been involved in both for-profit and not-profit initiatives.
Peter began working in the tourism insustry some 30+ years ago when he became a partner in the publication Broadway Bill of Fare. In assessing the market, he soon realized that the market the pub served needed to change to a broader and more lucrative market, "The Visitor Industry". Thus the creation of City Guide Magazine, still successfully published today. Peter was the Publisher of CGM for over 20 years. He was a member of the New York Chamber of Commerce from 1981-1996. He sat on their Board of Directors from 1984-1994 while chairing both their Membershp and Mentoring Comittees. In 1988 he created a Japanese Language version. It was immediately successful. Peter also published Hendricks Holiday in NYC, a 56-page children activity book highlighting New York City family toruist destinations. It was distributed at many visiotor attractions. The book communicated positive family values.
In 1992 working with Lynn Brooks as a Founding Board Member, Peter was instrumental in getting the Big Apple Greeters off the ground. Today there are over 300 greeter's 1000+ tours per year.
In 2010 after seeing the devastation caused by an earthquake to Haiti, Peter volunteered with Clean the World, an NGO that converted used hotel soap to fresh hygiene kits to stem the spread of disease. Peter devised a strategy that increased the number of hotels donating their soap from 200 to 800 in 6 months, increasing their ability to help the world's neediest.
